Bio

Theressa Villa was elected Tribal Secretary in 2011. She previously served as Tribal Treasurer from 1991-1993 and has served on numerous tribal committees and boards. She is a graduate of Fallbrook Union High School and American Business College San Marcos. Villa has lived on the Pala Reservation for 45 years and has six children and nine grandchildren.
